In the article’’ Nuclear Power is Safe, Clean, Efficient Source of Energy’’, the author states that it is stereotype that nuclear power is not safe. Therefore, he gives some evidences to prove that not only is nuclear power safe; it also has some other advantages. Firstly, the author mentions that nuclear will had became safe and reliable because it had mad steady improvement in the past four decades. Moreover, he also states that nuclear power has also been getting more efficient; furthermore, the economical aspect has became much better because it does not need electricity from coal and electricity from gas- fire. Finally, he claims that nuclear power can supply more power than oil, nature gas, and hydropower; in addition, nuclear power is renewable resource and has no problem of limitation. Actually, the thing that author emphasizes is that we should request to start to use the nuclear power because nuclear power is clean, secure and efficient.It is clear from the article that we should change our stereotype about nuclear power. In the past, we could hear the news that nuclear power was not safe because it had pollution problem such as radiation. However, the author explains the advantages of nuclear power: nuclear is economical to use, it is renewable, and it will not pollute the earth. Therefore, it is essentials for use to develop nuclear power.First, nuclear power is economical to use because it can produce more energy. For example, many countries set up to built nuclear power factories on their own country because they think that it they are too dependent on other countries’ energy is not a-long-term idea. Because if a country is too dependent on other countries’ energy, not only will that country has to pay the price of energy, but that country also has to pay the price of importing. Actually, it is not economical and it is risky plan because they cannot stop using foreign-imported energy. Therefore, building nuclear power is really important because we can save import money; moreover, we do not have to rely other countries’ energy. Indeed, we will not also have problem if the country that supply us with energy has shortage on energy. In spite of the fact that building nuclear power is expensive, if a country are willing to develop nuclear power, not only they can use the energy which supplied by themselves, they also can sale the energy to other countries.Moreover, because nuclear is a renewable resource; it will not run out. We know that our world is too dependent on non-renewable resource, if we always only develop non-renewable resource continually, the earth cannot supply any energy in the future. For instance, it is useful to develop coal and oil, but they are non- renewable resource. Actually, using renewable resource not only can make people feel confident, but also can save the energy on the earth. For example, we only have one earth, and all the non- renewable resources in the earth are limited. If one day all the non- renewable resources are run out, how can human keep living on the earth? Therefore, developing renewable resource such as nuclear power is the best way that we can use the energy forever.Finally, it will not pollute our earth if we develop nuclear power. Many kinds of energy pollute the earth when we develop them such as coal and oil. For example, coal and oil will produce CO2 while we develop them. Also, hydro energy and wind energy will kill fish and birds as we develop them. Moreover, develop biomass will pollute the air the most. However, nuclear power has only few pollution problems because it does not release CO2 and it does not kill the fish and the bird. Indeed, we only have one earth; hence, we cannot ignore environmental problem. Only if we choose to develop nuclear power can we solve the environment problem. In the pest time, many countries do not willing to develop nuclear power due to the fact that nuclear power has radiation problem. However, if we can use high technology to build nuclear power now, it can be believed that nuclear power can be the least pollution energy on the earth.In conclusion, nuclear power is the best energy that we should call for every country’s government to start using it because nuclear power is economic energy. Moreover, nuclear power is renewable resource that we do not have the problem of limitation. Finally, nuclear power will not pollute our earth. I deeply believe that only developing nuclear power can solve our environmental problem. Actually, air pollution, green-house, and climate change are all environmental problems, and if we are willing to develop nuclear power, it is the best answer to our earth. Is TOEFL Should Be Used?
Everyone knows that TOEFL is the most important thing for every family; moreover, we all know that we need many ways to bring up the children such as we need patient, or we need an enthusiastic heart to bring up a child. However, what in the earth is the best way to bring up the children well is an important topic for every family. Actually, due to the fact that parent always busy on their jobs and children are spent a lot of time on school; furthermore, children and parent usually have ‘’general gap’’. Therefore, some experts state that parenting class plays an important way for parent. According to Claire (2005), she states that parenting class can help you about how to raise children well and it would be welcome to offer some information and advice that how to be a positive parent.
Firstly, because some of parents always work all day long and children spent most of their time on school as well; therefore, not only will children become apathetic to their parent, but their parents will unconcerned to their children’s education and homework as well. For example, children usually spent 8 hours on school from 8 am to 5 pm, and parents also spent 8~10 hours on their jobs from 10 am to 8 pm, moreover, they will spent 10 hours from 11 pm to 7 am on sleeping at night time. Therefore, parents only have 3~4 hours to get along with their children. On the other hand, due to the fact that parents only have three hours to deal with their children, parents will became unconfident on raising children. For instance, a large number of parents will have no time to concern their children’s homework; moreover, they also have no energy to listen their children’s story after they get off duty. Because they have no any information about their children, they will become unconfident to their children gradually. Consequently, attending parenting class is the best way to get information about school and education; besides, you also can learn how to handle your children at your home.
Moreover, because many parents have no any experience about how to bring up children until they have children; therefore, parents have no idea about the expectation at each age such as children should learn walking by their foot before they are one years old; in addition, children should learn being independent before they are eighteen years old. Therefore, parents should attend parenting class do get the information about the expectation at each age. On the other hand, because parents will not deal with children or educate children until they have children; hence, parent always cannot image what their children’s world is or they cannot understand what their children think about. For instance, most of children will ask their parents a lot of question because children always are very curious about everything, but then their parents usually do not have patient to answer the question because their parents do not try to understand their children’s world. In fact, this problem will cause many negative influences in their children’s life. However, this serious problem can be solved if parent admit that they cannot understand their children’s everything and they try to get more closely to their children, and attend parenting class.
Finally, because almost every parents are 20 years older then their children; thus, the relationship between parent and children will exist the problem of ‘’generation gap’’. This is really important problem for every child and his parent. In fact, we all know that children will be very traitorous when they are 14~16 years old, but parents usually do not know how to handle their behavior because of generation gap. For example, parents and children’s interest are not the same because of the difference between their age, after that, children we not like talk to their parents anymore especially in children’s traitorous period. What’s more, parents also cannot bear their children’s traitorous period, then the relationship between them has just exist altercation but not communication. Another problem, because of the generation gap, parents always do not know how to discipline their children and how to manage the stress and anger themselves. For instance, parents always like to compare their children to other’s children and give children too much stress; thus, as long as their children cannot have good grad, their parents will discipline their own children emotionally. Therefore, parents can learn the skill that how to make family much happier if they attend parenting class.
However, some parents do not agree with the statement that they should go to parenting class because they will be ashamed of attending parenting class, and they also think that love is come from nature and they do not need to go to parenting class to learn how to love their children. Actually, in spite the fact that love comes naturally, we still have to learn that how to let our children feel the love of ours. For instance, most of parents use opposite way such as punishment or pandy to show that they love their children. Actually, parents should learn how to use positive way to bring up their children, but what is positive parenting? According to Claire’s article, ‘’ Positive parenting means using warmth, respect, consistency, good communication and empathy in the way you behave with your children. ’’ (2005, par 3 ) Therefore, using positive way to love their children will be the best way if parents are willing to attend parenting class.
In conclusion, because children and their parents only have few time to get along with each other; thus, children will feel apathetic to their parents, and parents will become unconcerned on children’s homework. In addition, because parents have no experience on educating and teaching; therefore, to know what their children is an important thing that parents should face it. Finally, because of generation gap that parents do not know how to handle their behavior or how to manage stress and anger; additionally, parents should attend parenting class to deal with their children especially on their children’s traitorous period. Therefore, parenting class should be common in the future, and it can be believed that if parents attend parenting class, their family will be much happier.

The topic of this paper is nuclear power. It claims that to support the advantages of nuclear power, nuclear power use should be encouraged. There are four reasons for the arguments. The first is that nuclear energy is economical to use, second is that nuclear power will not pollute the earth and the air. The third reason is that nuclear energy is renewable energy; finally, nuclear power is safe to use.

Let’s Do It, Nuclear Power!
Everyone who lives on the earth knows that electricity plays an important role in our life. In the article'' Electricity: Benefits/ Effects'', the author said that '' the role electricity plays in our life is obvious. We live with the benefits of electricity everyday'' (n.d., para.6). It is clear that human cannot live without electricity, but how can electricity be produced? In ''How Nuclear Power Works'', Brain claims that ''Nuclear power provides about 17 percent of the world's electricity’' (n.d., para.1). He also states that ‘’nuclear power supplies about 15 percent of electricity overall in the United States’’ (n.d., para.1). In the past, people and government only focused on the disadvantages of nuclear power and ignored that how important nuclear power was. For example, people argued that nuclear power is not safe. In addition, people thought nuclear power was pollute the air and had radiation problem. However, these days, high quality technology companies have noticed these arguments; thus, they begin make progress to build and use more high quality technology to solve all kinds of problems. According to the article'' Electricity: Benefits 'Effects'', the author discusses that ''The use of nuclear power provides answer for many problems in the area of the environment, safety, economics, reliability, sustainability, and even waste'' (n.d., para.5). From this statement, we can understand that we should use nuclear power because nuclear power is economical to use, nuclear power does not pollute the earth and it is renewable resource.
The definition of nuclear power is ''a kind of power, especially electricity, obtained from reaction by nuclear fission and nuclear fusion'' (English Dictionary- with Mult- Lingual Search, 2000, para.1). People who work on nuclear power develop uranium to make heat first. After that, they use high temperature water to make steam. Third, they use steam turn to generators. Finally, electrical power sends around country. Actually, nuclear power has been used since 1956, the large- scale nuclear power station opened at Caldir Hall in Columbia, England (Brain, 2006, para.2). However, it became a national argument many years ago. According to (2006) Bradford ''Not only can nuclear power not stop global warming; it is probably not even an essential part of the solution to global warming'' (para.3). On the other hand, many countries are still using nuclear because it has some positive points.
The first reason to support nuclear power is that nuclear power is economical to use. Lipper and Stone state that between 1974 and 1990, our GNP, which is the measurement of a nation's wealth, grew by about 50 percent. In the same period, electricity use was grown by 58 percent (n.d., para.9). Because population still keeps growing now, the requirement of electricity also keeps growing; thus, many experts are studying that which energy is the cheapest one. In the article'' Electricity: Benefits/ Effect'', the author states that ''Nuclear power is one of the most economic forms of energy production'' (n. d., para.10). Indeed, this author also discusses that ‘’the average electricity production cost for nuclear power is the cheapest source of energy. In 1999, the average cost of power generation by nuclear power as 1.83 cents per kilowatt- hour, for coal-fire plants 2.07 cents, for oil 3.24 cents, and for gas 3.52 cents. The produce of solar and wind are also above nuclear power’’ (n.d., para.10). Moreover, if a country develops nuclear power, it only needs money to purchase fuel and for operating. Nuclear power does not need the extra price for building more equipment or finding other energy resource. For example, oil needs a complex procedure for digging and transferring so that people have to pay more money for extra equipments. Also, many countries have to depend on foreign- import oil energy and the cost for importing is very high. Therefore, using nuclear power instead of using oil is the best way for every country. In ‘’Nuclear Power and Society’’, Lipper and Stone claim that ‘’ at the time of the 1990, oil accounted for about 4 percent of US electric supply; nuclear power was about 21 percent’’ (n.d., para.11). Many experts believe that nuclear power can keep producing more electricity for us in the future.
The second reason to support nuclear power is because it is renewable energy. In the article’’ Nuclear Energy’’, the author states that ‘’ the earth has limited supplies of coal and oil. Nuclear power plants could produce electricity after coal and oil run out’’ (n.d. para.8). It is true that oil and coal are limited resources, and this statement tells us that we cannot depend only on oil. Moreover, nuclear power has no problems such as nuclear crises which is like oil crises and nuclear shortage problem. Actually, using renewable resource not only can make people feel confidant because it will not run out, but also can save the energy on the earth. For example, we only have one earth, and all the non- renewable resources in the earth are limited. If one day all the non- renewable resources run out, how can human keep living on the earth? Therefore, by developing renewable resource such as nuclear power is the best way that we can use the energy forever.
Third, nuclear power will not pollute our earth. This is the most important reason to support developing. Lipper and Stone state that ‘’Nuclear power plants produce electricity though the fission of uranium, not the burning of fuel. Consequently, nuclear power plants will not pollute the air’’ (n.d., para.9). Actually, not only will nuclear power not pollute the air, it also can offer an alleviation of the global carbon dioxide (CO2) problem. For instance, France used to import oil more than triple its current nuclear power production, after they cut their dependency on foreign imported oil, the pollution dropped by 80 to 90 percent. With our improving of high technology, nuclear power plays a significant role in clean air policy because it is the largest emission- free source of electricity in everywhere. Consequently, using nuclear power not only can solve the problem of greenhouse, the quality of air standard also can be increased as long as we use nuclear power instead of using other fossil resources.
However, the opponents argue that nuclear power is an unsafe energy to develop. In’’ Forum: Nuclear Power- Unsafe, Dirty and Expensive’’, the author said that’’ nuclear power plants only seem safe because government safety standard have been too lax’’ (1999, para.5). Moreover, he asserts that there are too many accidents on working nuclear power and also the radiation problem is one of the most important problems for the residents who live near nuclear power factories (1999, para.5). Nevertheless, some experts argue that radiation is a natural phenomenon and radioactive matter has existed since the beginning of the universe. In ‘’ Radiation: Nature, Measurable, Controllable’’, the author said that ‘’ All people experience natural and man-made radiation, about 82 percent of our total exposure to radiation comes from natural sources: radon gas; the human body itself, which contain radiation elements’’ (n.d., para.3). However, it can be believed that we can build high technological nuclear power factories to avoid all the problems. According to the article’’ Plants Safety: Definition in Depth’’, the author claims that ‘’ A nuclear power plant has numerous built in sensors to watch temperature, pressure, water level, and other indicators to safety’’ (n.d., para.4). Basically, problems of safety and danger can be solved as long as we can use high quality technology to build nuclear power.
In conclusion, nuclear power has proven to benefit to our society. As a result of this technology, the United States and France have decreased it dependency on foreign- imported oil. They have found out that there are more advantages of nuclear power than oil because nuclear power is economical to use, nuclear is a renewable resource and nuclear power will not result air pollution. Consequently, we should call for our government to start using nuclear power due to the fact that use nuclear power can solve all that environmental problems such as greenhouse, air pollution and climate change. In addition, if our countries are willing to use nuclear power, we can save the money on importing foreign energy. Besides, to cherish our earth and to ensure that we can use the energy forever, using renewable such as nuclear power is the best way . To sum up, it can be said that the use of nuclear power energy greatly is much better than the use of other energies.

Mearsuring Intelligence => Summary and respond

In the article, ’’Measuring Intelligence,’’ the author discusses about what IQ test is and how important IQ test is. The first, the author introduce the two different ways to measure mental ability. According to the article, the IQ test in modern days measures a variety if different types of ability and tell us the majority of people will get between 90-100 score. Next, the author states an argument that whether IQ test is a accurate test, because not only nature intelligence can solve problems, but practical knowledge and other skills can solve problems. Moreover, author gives two alternative brain tests such as elementary cognitive tasks and visual illusions. Finally, the author mentions that although we are learning something, we also are losing something. Moreover, scientists are trying to solve this problem. They especially focus on the area which we increase in IQ. In the author’s opinion, IQ is a really important, and it has been used for many ways, such as used in government or apply to company for workers. I agree with author that though IQ test can measure, but it still not can really measure one’s intelligence; moreover, I agree with author that when we are learning something, it is possible that we will lose something in the same time.
Firstly, though intelligence quotient test can measure our intelligence, I think it can not really measure nurture ability. For example, not only we use intelligence to solve problems, but also we use other skill to solve problems, like the skill we learn form music that we can combine many random things well, or other abilities like practical knowledge. Hence, I do not think we can judge one person’s ability or one person’s intelligence by measuring IQ test.
Moreover, I think when we are learning something, we also are losing something. For example, when a person who drops up his university and get a job out of school, they can learn the experience from his job, but also he loses his academic ability from school. Another example, though our parents not study in the school, but it doesn’t mean that their intelligences are declining; they can learn practical knowledge from house. Hence, I do not think if one’s IQ score is high are one’s IQ is law are stand for that their intelligence is really smart or not smart.
Consequently, I believe that intelligence quotient can not really measure one’s intelligence, because not only we use academic intelligence to solve problems, but also we use other skills to solve problems. Furthermore, although we are learning some ability form school, but we will also miss something such as we take job instead of going to school, it not stands for that our intelligences are declining. Hence, I think sometime companies or schools measure one’s intelligence in a special reason, but we can not judge one’s personality by IQ test. On the other hand, many teachers and a lot of companies will depend one’s intelligence and teachers will give up teach a student or not apply a person to be an employee in the company. However, we always see a person who has not will ability in math and we think he has comprehension problems and we think he is not smart. Actually, we should not judge one person’s intelligence depend on his IQ test or his academic reason. Finally, I think we should see one person’s personality more that judge their intelligence.

Racial Intelligence=> Summary and response

In the article, ’’Intelligence: Is there a racial difference?’ the author argues the statement that American white’s intelligence is inferior to American blacks by nature is not absolutely. First, the author states that people’s intellectual genes were determined from our parents, but if a genius grows up without suitable simulation, his endowment will not fulfill. Second, the author summarized another article, which written by R. Jensen. This author argues that American blacks’ intelligence is inherently inferior to American whites, and he mentions that hospitable environment is not one of reason that one can become a genius. However, this is an inflammatory topic and there have more 12000 subscribers to complain this statement. Moreover, they think it is unjust that people treat American blacks in a different way depend on their racial a social background. In author’s opinion, he emphasize that hospitable environment is more important than inherent intelligence that influence human behavior. I agree with author that hospitable environment and suitable simulation can really influence one’s intelligence. Moreover, it is not be allowed that we treat American blacks in a different way because the hypotheses that their inherent intelligences are inferior to American whites or because their individual’s racial and social background.
Firstly, I think a hospitable environment is the most important reason that one can make success. Because even though a genius have a good gene of intelligence, if he grows up without a good environment or suitable simulation, I do not think his inherent ability which is very bright will very obviously. On the other hand, if a person who is not a genius, but he has a hospitable environment or he really works hard, and compare to a genius who grow up with a humdrum environment, I think former has more chances to make success.
Moreover, according to R. Jensen’s article that American white’s inherent intelligence is superior to American blacks, some people complain this point, but others people really treat American blacks in different way sometimes. But in my position, I think people can treat them in a different way. Because it is personal reason more important than racial reason that decide whether I can make friend with them or not. Similarly, the government or many companies can not decide if a person can work depend on the racial reason or social background.
Conclusion, I think hospitable environment is an important reason that one can make success and I do not think that a person without a suitable simulation even he is a genius that he can more smart than the person who’s not a genius. Moreover, we can not treat American blacks on a different way because their racial reason or their social background. What Kind of Instrument do You Like
Many people like to listen to music, and different kinds of instrument can make different effects. For example, different kinds of instrument have different constructions that can create different tones; hence, they can make different feelings. Additionally, people like listen different kinds of instrument depend on their moods or situation, and special occasions use special kind of instrument. To me, if I am relaxing, I will not listen the music such as percussion. Now, music instrument can be classified into three obvious groups: stringed instrument, wind instrument, and percussion.
Stringed instruments can produce very technical music and touching music. Moreover, is is the most difficult instrument to play due to the fact that it made from strings and the strings have no exact pitch. For example, stringed instruments include violin, viola, cello. On the other hand, when a performer plays stringed instrument such as violin, he may play music that sounds very exciting. We will feel the performer is very technical because we can see performer is busy using his bow very quickly, and we can see his left hand which controls the pitch on the string is also very busy. Another thing, if we have a music that is slow tempo, and melody is very beautiful, very touching, we will feel stringed instruments really touch our hearts.
Wind instrument can create the tones that like human’s voice such as oboe, flute is very popular for children to learn. The major reason is that this kind of instrument is usually easier to play than stringed instrument. Moreover, there are two kinds of wind instrument, woodwind instrument and brass instrument. Woodwind instruments are oboe, flute, and clarinet, which all sound soft. Brass instrument such as trumpet, tuba, and horn, sound very loud. Therefore, when these two sorts of instrument play together, it can make very special effects. Additionally, people play wind instrument by using their own air to create melody and control notes. Besides, due to the fact that we use our air to control the melody; hence, the melody that we create will sounds like human’s voice.
Percussion is the most popular instrument in jazz. Many American like jazz because it came from America. Additionally, percussion is the most common instrument in the world because when people play percussion, they do not need any skill. For example, percussion such as drum, cymbals, wood blocks, which we can see in the orchestra. Therefore, many parents like their children play percussion just for fun. Moreover, percussion can make cadent melody; therefore, when people hear the percussion music, they feel very exciting. On the other hand, when performers play percussion, it is really different from stringed instrument and wind instrument because percussion cannot create touching music and cannot produce the tone like wind instrument. Percussion instrument only can create cadent melody and thrill people’s heart.
In conclusion, different material instrument can make different feeling. For example, stringed instrument can create very technical music, and it also can create very touching music. Wind instrument can create tones which like human’s voice because people use their own air to control notes. Finally, percussion instrument can create very cadent music and powerful music that can thrill our hearts. Every kinds of instrument has its own character, and we can choose different characters depending on our moods or special occasions.

除了確實太喜歡了或者是那種比較有個性的勇敢的女孩子。

在路途.....

又看到田納西最大的那一棟建築物

也是最有名的......就是蝙蝠俠建築物

蝙蝠俠就是用那一棟建築物拍的

超超高的又超氣派....就是喜歡高樓上面那個蝙蝠俠的造型

感覺萊到了電影.....

通常都超超超年輕..........因為他們的臉都早熟
